Nothing is like them pictures! They make u pay for services that comes when they want like pest control. They didn’t fully clean up the apartment how they were suppose to before us moving in. All they did was paint over everything. Bad service when it comes to fixing things. You have to repeatedly call them to get things fix in your house. They also will show u a good looking apartment and will but in a bad condition one.

It’s rats here and raccoons living in the walls y’all and they are choosing to do nothing about it. Don’t move here. Management changes often and no matter who it is they don’t do a good job. I fully regret moving here.

my mom and my family have lived there since november 2018. around a month ago, they placed an EVICTION on my mom’s credit without letting her know prior due. they took everything out the house and threw everything away. everything i worked hard for these past few years are all gone. the management is trash and they have bad skills at talking to people. never apply there and never give them your money. they change management every two months and raise rent when all they do is paint over the walls… , i moved out and seen the walls, i cut into it and there is 5-6 layers of paint on all of the walls, they don’t fix anything throughly. i wish i could give this review zero stars. The pictures are absolutely not what the apartments look like. Units are not freshly painted , not even painted gray. Old appliances. Holes in walls, doors need repair. There is no pool and no plan for repair. Exterior looks very unkept and not maintained for years. Bathtubs are being reglazed and there is new carpet
