Confused I'm amazed how they can send a email saying work is done when nothing has been done. Every month I pay for pest control but I'm evaded by cockroaches. I had been here and didn't have these problems before but now it's a problem that I'm trying to solve.

Quality vs Quantity The quality of service for to have lived on this property for almost 3 years, I'd grade it a B-. Not everything is perfect, but the staff has provided professional courtesy to me, somewhat timely services and the office staff in my eyes are knowledgeable.
