SENSE OF COMMUNITY

The property provides event throughout the year to create a sense of community. the neighbors are very nice, and helpful. Maintenance is always on top of work orders.

Helpful, Peaceful!

I love living here, the Property is nice and clean and it is very peaceful. The dogwood trees make it look so pretty. The Property Manager is very helpful, courteous and will assist you with whatever you need if applicable. The maintenance staff will take care of any issues you may have with your apartment in a timely manner. The Property Manager has different events for the tenants and their children like free breakfast, pool parties and she even hands out snacks to the kids. It's pretty cool... to live here!!!

I love this place because they fix things when needed on time. They help with food if your in need. They actually help with anything you can think. I love and respect the service.

Worst place ever

This place is the worst. The staff are a bunch of thugs just like over half the tents. Seems like they harass the good tents and welcome the bad. They gossip about tents to other tents. They sent several news letters aut about tents evictions I know some where that's not legal even if it's public record. The bugs like the others say we eventually will become a problem.

Management are thieves

They will take your money and not return it at all. And keep telling you it will be here next week. Next week never comes. No one is hardly in the office and they do not like answering the phone.
