Former Tenant

This property wasnt that bad. Management really works with you and actually cares about the property and the tentants that live there. Despite the looks the property was safe. Dome upgrades are needed but if i had to live there again. I would. Only con was no washer dryer connection but Rico/Prop Mang made every effort to upgrade the laundry room! Thanks for everything Rico! You really are greatly aporeciated!

Great apartments

I actually stayed a couple of weeks with my family that use to live here. These arent bad apartments at all. The only problem is the noise outside. People loitering all day with no respect for others. Gangs walking around with red and blue bandanas. That's the only problem. Pay rent on time & they'll fix the things that you're having problems with. They're very spacious & I loved them.

Silver Springs is really a pseudonym for Sewage Springs. We were warned before moving here by a co-worker but needed somewhere to go. It's like pulling teeth to get something fixed, but they want their money on time. They've been taken to court by numerous tenants who then ended up not having to pay back rent. Code inspectors have also been called, A lot!

Comments by this tenant are a complete and total lie. This person is a professional tenant that goes from property to property complaining about imaginary problems and then does not pay rent for months until the landlords are able to evict them. We... know who
they are.This property has a live on site maintenance man and a landlord that is at the property daily to take care of any and all problems.
Code inspectors have been called by tenants looking for excuses not to pay rent but we have never been cited for anything.
