Terrible APARTMENTS
Constant water leaks, constantly shut the water off! Management is sorry theyve swapped managers 3 times this year and all of them has been sorry, maintenance moves when they get ready, and never fix the problem they sort of put a bandaid on it and call it a day ! If you have small kids do NOT bring them here the pool has been out 90% of the summer and the play ground is small enough to be a dog park..... I walked in the office and heard one of my fellow neighbors complain of mold infestation... and how they’ve been waiting for weeks for treatment! DO NOT MOVE HERE if you value yourself trust me they’re going up on rent and it isn’t worth it not one dime of your money ! Don’t be fooled by those crooked smiles this apartment complex is not what it advertises to be !

DO NOT MOVE HERE
They cut the water off randomly and DO NOT WARN YOU WHEN DOING SO unless you call them. And once you do call they say “we were getting around to calling all the residents and informing them.” Liars. My neighbor and the people who live below us said that they never get a call when the water is being turned off either. What a coincidence. ALSO, bugs. My apartment building is near the woods so you would think that they would AT LEAST try to spray to keep some pest away. Wrong. When we first moved... in we had an ant infestation and guess who had to get rid of all the ants bc they wouldn’t come spray for them. ??They don’t care. I really dislike living here and i’m glad my lease is up in September.

Century Lake Apartments
The rent here is very cheap! I love the area it's very quiet no issues so far and I've been living here for about 2 years. The apartment is very spacious and I love the roommate style. I also love the fact that it has a Sun room. You really get a lot for very little here!!! And my kids go to a great school. I love it!
