Great apartments

These apartments are nice and quiet. The price is very reasonable. The staff is friendly.

poor everything RUN

Apartments don't look like photos, pool is never open EVER nor is the laundromat. Staff is rude especially the manager. Everything they use is cheap. The electrical wiring in my kitchen wasn't work so I barely had lights in there when I told then they replace the bulbs but never fixed the issues. There are holes in the walls for cables from previous tenants. Only good thing is that the maintenance men are nice. OH THEY WILL HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED and it doesn't go to the nearest tow yard

Flooring is a bit soft and need replacing

One story with old everything including the flooring and AC unit.... Its can get really hot in the place and the flooring seems as if they covered over rotten floors instead of fixing the floor joist and placing in new plywood onto the floors. That was the only unit they said they had left and its on the back where you can not see the parking lot or anyone can see if anyone is coming into your apartment. Back to the flooring... they covered the floors with vinyl becasue they are really squishy… and need to be replaced. I don't think you would even be able to place furniture in the place becasue of how rotten the flooring is. If flooring was a concrete slab that would make it a kind of okay unit to rent. They need to spend the money and fix the floors.
