    Have Been Happy But Now Concerned

    I have lived here for a bit now and have loved it until recently. The complex is beautifully maintained. The service staff is AMAZING at responding quickly to maintenance requests and handling them well. The office staff is incredibly friendly and seems to really care about the community. However, there was a home invasion/shooting here recently. In addition, many mailboxes were recently broken into and mail was stolen. Police caught the person responsible, but it is concerning that the area… wasn't maintained with more diligence. The other downside is that the rent has increased $100 each year since I've moved in. Overall - it's a great complex and I've been very happy here until recently.
