Have Been Happy But Now Concerned

I have lived here for a bit now and have loved it until recently. The complex is beautifully maintained. The service staff is AMAZING at responding quickly to maintenance requests and handling them well. The office staff is incredibly friendly and seems to really care about the community. However, there was a home invasion/shooting here recently. In addition, many mailboxes were recently broken into and mail was stolen. Police caught the person responsible, but it is concerning that the area... wasn't maintained with more diligence. The other downside is that the rent has increased $100 each year since I've moved in. Overall - it's a great complex and I've been very happy here until recently.

Office Manager

The office Manager Cassie is attentive and respectful. I have lived at this property since 2017 and anytime I have come to the office to talk to Cassie or call her for any reason she always is polite and respectful. There are times that she has called me just to check on myself and my sons. When I had/have an issue Cassie is quick to resolve it also she is very upfront with me about good, bad or indifferent news. I have enjoyed her as my leasing Office Manager. I know her job is NOT easy and... sometimes she has to make tough calls for the tenants, however anytime we had to speak for any reason Cassie shows compassion and also offers to help however she can. Thank you Cassie for just being you!!

Walden Ridge apartments

It is large, well maintained, safe. Above all when we moved in Romae helped us every step from the computer filling in the application to getting into the apartment. She always goes above and beyond to help us. I am glad people like her make the difference. Over and all one of the best apartments. Very good parking. Best schools. I am glad we chose this apartments.Close to shopping. Tenants are very nice. Peaceful and calm.
