I've been searching for a new place to call home for a few months, and this property truly stood out among the others. What really impressed me—and ultimately helped me decide to choose this community—was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Throughout our email exchanges, they were not only knowledgeable and helpful but also incredibly prompt in answering all of my questions. They never pressured me and were always patient as I took my time to make my decision.

When I finally... submitted my application, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was reviewed—faster than any other place I've applied to. I also dropped by for an impromptu tour, and they happily accommodated me on the spot. Property manager is so nice along with the rest of the workers no problem over here the apartment are spacious and the gym is really nice along with the pool very convenient to the shopping areas and close to the base.

I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years. There were numerous issues with parking and staff communication. Emiko, the new property manager came in and turned things around. The parking issues have been resolved and the staff are efficient and effective.
My favorite feature in the community is the gym with the Ecehlon mirror.

I have lived at pointe grand apartments for 2 years. I can honestly say management and maintenance team were great to work with! If I had a problem they were all over it and got it handled pretty quickly. Abbey was amazing to work with on my move out inspection! If you are looking for a centrally located apartment that is literally minutes away from anything in kingsland this is your apartment complex! Started to apply their system was finicky and would not let us finish the application. By the time it was accepted by their system 4 days later. The daily price was over $100+/monh more than what we had agreed upon in the office.
