I applied for the apartment and had an appointment to turn in my paperwork and I still haven't heard anything from them. I have tried to call and have been unable to get anyone on the phone. Very disappointing.

Called 17 times.. phone on a loop .. contact website.... sent 17 messages... never respond.. no response on how to apply or how to contact or to get a tour.. an example of no customer service..
