Horrible Service

I've been living in a two-bedroom unit here since 05/30/26, and unfortunately the experience has been really disappointing. From day one, I've had unresolved maintenance issues-including a broken toilet, a malfunctioning shower, and a washing machine that still hasn't been repaired since I moved in. Despite multiple requests, the front desk staff have been unresponsive and rarely provide any updates. Overall, the service here has been terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to... others.

Go somewhere else

I would not recommend moving here at all. I currently live here and I am anxious to leave. The bug/roach problem is ridiculous. If they spray it does not help. I have lived here for a few years and in that time there has been a shooting. The pool is often overrun with nonresidents who cause many issues. Last year the main pool was unusable the entire summer due to broken filter. I could go on and on.

Potential

I viewed these apartments and the office staff was LESS than friendly. The woman that gave me a tour was no help at all and uninviting. She very short answers to any of my questions and offered no details, brochures, nothing!! I did like the unit I saw, but the attitude of that staff member alone did not sell me nor convince me to live there.

No security or values for price

Way to expensive for the price. The price doesn’t match the value. They will raise your rent by almost $300 only after 1 year.

horrible service

the office has a horrible service from the office people, additional they sent me an email where I said my money was paid, and the people in the office didn't want to give it back to me. they say there are apartments available and by submitting the app they say no they are for another date. very bad organization on and very bad work staff
