Excellent Customer and Maintenance Services

I just want to send the excellent customer and maintenance Services to the leasing staff, especially to Jackie and Morning.
Jackie and Morning always are attentive to your needs with respect. They always make sure your request is resolve as soon as possible. I made a request with Jackie last day while I was going to Walmart, and by the time I returned, Morning has it already resolved. That was amazing and good job done!

Un residente 2024

Soy una residente de estoa apartamentos.
Para las personas que están pensando mudarse acá piénselo muy bien.
La inseguridad de acá es muy mala, cualquier persona entra y sale las puertas de acceso están abiertas 24/7 .
Ejemplo el año pasado se robaron las llantas de un carro y hoy 2/20/24 se robaron un carro. Y la oficina no ayudo con nada, .
Así que les sugiero que lo piensen bien.

Customer service is excellent!

My sister and I came in for a tour and was greeted with the best customer service from Marvella. The apartments we toured was beautiful, spacious and renovations were very nice!

Everything I wanted

Looked up a lot of similar apartments in Norcross before deciding to move in here. Very happy with my decision. The staff is always smiling and ready to assist. The property is well kept. The best thing is the response to service requests. The maintenance team is so fast to respond!
