Office Management and Roach Infestation

The customer service from this leasing office is extremely poor. Communication is inconsistent, follow-ups rarely happen, the agents have very rude attitude’s and concerns are not taken seriously. I highly advise keeping everything in writing because relying on verbal communication will get you nowhere.

On top of that, Building 8 is currently dealing with a roach and ant infestation. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a lack of proper maintenance and care for residents.

Management... needs to do better. Residents deserve timely responses, accountability, and a clean place to live.

Verified Renter

Nice neighborhood but roach terror I enjoyed the structure of the complex, decent size units with well maintained grounds. However, the cockroach infestation is overwhelming and traumatizing.
