The apartments have been remodeled and they are nice and roomy but there is a lot to be desired when it comes to the office staff. They invade your privacy regularly. They are always putting notes on your door informing you of an inspection that will be taking place. They make you take everything out of your cabinets every 3-4 months because they say it's for pest control and if you don't, you will be charged $125. Best price around. A little too much paperwork to bring to qualify, but definitely worthy cause of the price. The apartment was immaculate at move in,the staff was helpful and friendly, made appointments for every step it took to move in, all went very smooth from the beginning because they are very organized. Going on my second year and I couldn't be more happy, no maintenance issues, very quick and clean when I have a maintenance problem, breezeway and parking always clean. Lived here for 2 months now, so far the apt is decent. Very quiet, always parking. the outside storage is definitely needed! Not too much closet space. Maintenance is fast and friendly, office staff can be rude but tolerable. On the weekends the trash area is kinda nasty and full like all the residents wait till sat am to dump their trash, but during the week its very clean. biggest issue is the roaches. They definitely gave me a welcome home surprise. NOT infested but they will pop up every... once in a while like they were invited over :/ Office set me up for exterminator very fast while my apt was still empty. The laundry room area is never open. The middle school is wonderful. Overall the apt is decent, more then what I excepted for the price. The neighborhood is a very safe and a quiet place to live in, the buildings are all feshly rennovated and they forever make sure everything works, but with anything it always comes with its cons, when you have a baby/kids you don't want maintenance constantly coming in your house every month because they feel it's needed this is when it becomes a problem! Also when you move to "cheap" apartments it's for a reason because your trying to save money!
