Violated GA State law
I will keep this short. My lease was up on 9/3/25. I had my walk through on 9 /4/25. I gave a forwarding address but due to circumstances beyond my control. The new place moved me to a different address (home). On 10/2/25. I gave Trickum hill the new forwarding address. As of 10/24/25. I still have not received my Security deposit. I received an invoice on what I was getting but still no money. I have emailed and called and all I get is excuses. In addition, I would not move here the… place has gone down
