UPGRADED The Preserve at Legacy Park

At first, my experience here was great. However, over time, I’ve noticed a serious issue that needs to be addressed. I will not go into each one but I will address the main concern .There is a roach infestation throughout the building. Not everyone will experience this problem so you have to hope and pray you are not attached to the building that has the issue. These pests are not just in individual units but appear to be living within the walls and cabinet spaces, which makes the problem much... bigger than a simple surface-level issue.

Even when maintaining a very clean home and using pest control treatments, the results are only temporary. This indicates that the infestation is coming from within the structure itself, not from individual tenants. In my opinion, the only effective solution would be to treat the entire building at once, rather than handling units individually.

Additionally, there is an ongoing issue with stray cats frequently coming onto the porches. While some may not mind, it can create sanitation concerns and adds to the overall discomfort of the living environment.

The property is in a great location and generally quiet, which I appreciated. However, the ongoing pest issue is a major concern and cannot be overlooked. There were frequent encounters with large flying tree bugs inside the unit, along with a persistent roach infestation that continued despite regular pest control treatments. Living with bugs inside your home—especially on a consistent basis—is simply unacceptable.

Additionally, the leasing office experience was disappointing. Angie and Lisa... often came across as nice-nasty, with communication that felt more emotionally driven than professional. There were multiple instances where tone and delivery did not align with standard customer service expectations.

Overall, while the location is a plus, the condition of the unit and the level of professionalism in management leave much to be desired. Read More

I have lived here for over 6 yrs. I have had a great experience. Safe, the neighbors are friendly and staff are friendly. Property is well maintained and any maintenance issues are handled promptly. I have referred The Preserve to others and will continue to as this is “my home” and I love it here.
