Terrible Experience
The property is in a great location and generally quiet, which I appreciated. However, the ongoing pest issue is a major concern and cannot be overlooked. There were frequent encounters with large flying tree bugs inside the unit, along with a persistent roach infestation that continued despite regular pest control treatments. Living with bugs inside your home—especially on a consistent basis—is simply unacceptable.
Additionally, the leasing office experience was disappointing. Angie and Lisa... often came across as nice-nasty, with communication that felt more emotionally driven than professional. There were multiple instances where tone and delivery did not align with standard customer service expectations.
Overall, while the location is a plus, the condition of the unit and the level of professionalism in management leave much to be desired.
