Maintenance I submitted a request since I have a couple of light bulbs out or flickering. The electrician said there was nothing wrong with the wiring and said I should replace the bulbs. One of them is on the stairways which he left out of the ceiling so I have no idea what type of bulb it uses and if I still need to replace that or if they replace it.

Great Condos! We love the modern vibe of Mainstreet townhouses in Lilburn!! They are spacious with a GREAT layout! Near the wonderful city park and the library!

This is an awesome community I must say! Had an issue with the AC unit that was not cooling as normal. The Property Manager was truly on top of the issue and making sure that the HVAC company was out onsite to resolve the problem in a timely manner. Thank you again to the Management team for all your hard work!!

It’s been one month I am waiting for their decision either yes or no they charge me application fee and background check fee very first day with application submission since that day they are just taking me round and round even today when I am posting this review I called the manager when I asked her update for my application she said I will call you after 30mins now it’s been 1 hour no reply. This people they are not trustworthy at all. I will suggest everyone don’t waste your money energy and... time With them. They’re reliable.
