I lived in this complex for a year, and it was a terrible experience from day one. The apartment was in poor condition: the flooring, which is just a sticker, was peeling off; the cabinet doors didn’t close properly; and there were cockroaches in the cabinets. The closet doors didn’t work, and the air conditioning was a joke—it didn’t cool or heat adequately, had water leaks, and by the end of my stay, I discovered it was full of mold. I have videos to prove... it.
The water pressure was awful. When they finally decided to “fix” it, they cut off the supply for three days without any prior notice, and shortly after, it failed again. Additionally, the complex is infested with cats, and it’s common to hear loud music late into the night during the week.
Despite fulfilling my 12-month lease, paying on time, and leaving the apartment clean, I was charged nearly $1,000 for “cleaning” and insufficient notice, and my account was sent to a collections agency without any response to my emails. It’s a total lack of professionalism.
Don’t be fooled by the initial friendliness of the management. Once you sign the lease, they disappear.
