I Love it here! The staff is amazing! Kyra makes you feel welcomed and loved every time you walk in to the leasing office she always has a very good attitude. The Manager Desire is really awesome as well she is always respectful and professional. I haven't had any issues at all with this complex. I would definitely suggest giving them a try if you looking to move.

It's poor because everyone sucks. Management is never in the office. The communication is very poor. They do not let their tenants know when they are out of the office. Maintenance is poor. They are never around. There isn't a number for an emergency. The maintenance does a very poor job. I think there needs to be overall new management!

I have rented for 4 years starting 2017. The property has drastically gone down since 2017. Currently there is drug activity, the environment is totally unsafe from unruly and disrespectful neighbor's, the grounds have been disregarded, there seems to be a magnate for unprofessional and unethical behaviors and the units are literally falling apart from refusal of the office staff to issue orders when maintenance is needed and refusal of maintenance to answer calls unless you plan on doing favors… . I have an exceptional rental record but am treated as an aggravation. The office is a breeding ground for unethical practices. There are more people leaving than choosing to stay because of how badly the apartments have gone down. Corporate either is not aware or chooses to operate in plausible deniability. I would suggest to move your family and loved ones to another location. Cheap rent....you get what you pay for! I applied to rent an apartment here and submitted my application fee and everything. I talked with a lady from the office and she let me know that they’d look through my application once I submitted some documents. I submitted them and reached back out. Never heard a word. I was also supposed to receive an email to do a virtual tour since it’s COVID, and never received that email either. I’m out $60 for the application fee and still no updates on the apartment.
