The lower level includes a spacious Master Suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a Queen Suite with two queen beds, and a bonus room perfect for children. Upstairs, you'll find additional bedrooms, a workspace, and a twin bed. The 6th bedroom is a small room inside another room and does not have its own private door. Enjoy the screened-in deck, a large patio with seating for 10+, and a beautiful pool with varying depths. The estate also offers a basketball hoop and soccer goals.
Parking for 10+ vehicles is available on-site. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with an additional fee of $150 for three or more pets. An early check-in may be available for a fee of $50. Additional guests beyond the 6th guest will be charged a fee of $19 per night per guest. Visitors are welcome with a one-time fee of $19 per guest. Social gatherings and events are permitted with a maximum limit of 60 guests, and a fee of $29 per guest will be charged for any additional guests not included in the reservation.
