Very affordable it’s located by a lot of food places and grocery stores. The leasing agent is great and the maintenance guy is good at coming to fix things in a good timely manner. The apartment complex it self is good the walls are thin but that’s about it. Overall it’s a good place to stay and they are also animal friendly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE!!! Been out here for three years at first everything was fine until they started changing management. Now nobody likes to fox anything after you have spoke with them and they say they will do it, Rat and Lizard infestations! The laundry house has 4 washers and 6 dryers (ONLY 1 WASHER AND 2 DRYERS WORK). The pool has only been opened once at that was my first year of living out here and they opened when the kids had to go back to school which was in August and it was... only open for three days!!! They don't care about the tenants all they care about is rent money! AVOID THESE RAGGEDY APARTMENTS!!!

Everything was nice at first until we start experience large fruit gnats and roaches told the rent lady and she didn’t do nothing about it Neighbors was so loud rent lady never did nothing about it and last thing .. we found out we had rats and we had to treated ourselves but never will I recommed this apartment to anyone

This has been the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Firstly when I moved in management messed up my lease. My roommate and I were both supposed to be listed as tenants but I am just now finding out that my name is the only one on the lease. Also, I was shown a different apartment than the one I was given. There is no courtesy patrol, and people loiter all hours of the night. The walls are terribly thin and you can hear every word your neighbors say. People do not honor the quiet hours and no... one does anything about it. There are holes in the stairs, and around the kitchen cabinets. My dishwasher has been broken since I moved in a year ago. The buildings look nothing like the pictures and are very dull. The pool was also filthy every day it was open. The laundry room is too small to accommodate all of the tenants. The maintenance man is the only person who cares about the people living here but he is extremely overworked.
