They have too many plumbing issues and the maintenance dude act like he can’t fix nothing they need more help the rent is not worth it

Affordable home

Very affordable it’s located by a lot of food places and grocery stores. The leasing agent is great and the maintenance guy is good at coming to fix things in a good timely manner. The apartment complex it self is good the walls are thin but that’s about it. Overall it’s a good place to stay and they are also animal friendly.

Worst apartments ever

These apartments are the worst the staff is horrible especially their attitudes are disgusting, they don’t fix anything, I do not recommend.

AVOID!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE!!! Been out here for three years at first everything was fine until they started changing management. Now nobody likes to fox anything after you have spoke with them and they say they will do it, Rat and Lizard infestations! The laundry house has 4 washers and 6 dryers (ONLY 1 WASHER AND 2 DRYERS WORK). The pool has only been opened once at that was my first year of living out here and they opened when the kids had to go back to school which was in August and it was… only open for three days!!! They don't care about the tenants all they care about is rent money! AVOID THESE RAGGEDY APARTMENTS!!!

My experience for three years

Everything was nice at first until we start experience large fruit gnats and roaches told the rent lady and she didn’t do nothing about it Neighbors was so loud rent lady never did nothing about it and last thing .. we found out we had rats and we had to treated ourselves but never will I recommed this apartment to anyone
