Outdated

When I moved in my washer and dryer combo in the suite did not work. It took 3 weeks for someone to come fix this. Didn't think much of it as this was my first-time renting. Door needed painting, was told it would be done shortly. I was there for 3 years and still nothing. AC went out in the summer that was fixed quick the first time, however every summer it goes out. Maintenance gets slower and slower coming to fix it every time. Just lots of problems and slow reactions to the issues when I do... call them for help.

Overall:

Buildings are old and need to be renovated
Maintenance is extremely slow
Management is hard to reach and sketchy
Neighborhood is not great and parking is horrendous
You pay too much for this low quality living

Quiet but falling apart

I lived there for 3 years. It is a quiet place (apart from the one shooting) with a convenient location but it is falling apart. The supports for the stairs are rusted through. The cabinets are tacked onto the wall with drywall screws that sticking out of the cabinets. Most of the windows either don’t open or will not stay open. The place is grossly understaffed and they could only make emergency repairs. That said, I do have to say there were no bug problems.
