NOISY AT NIGHT, CAN'T REST

Daily nightly disturbances during quiet hours due to people loitering on the parking lot. If you need to work in the morning or have school aged children this is not the place for you. BSO comes regularly to disband the loitering.

Very good first impression

I am a new tenant at The Oaks and I have been having nothing but a great experience with the management. I understand the previous manager has been replaced. I see lot of repair activity being done on the property. So far so good.

In desperate NEED!

I love my apartment but I have fallen on hard time and I have 3 small kids so it would really be a blessing to me and my kids to receive this free rent!

The Oaks Apartments

These apartments are very quiet and very nice. However , it takes the rent office a while to get things fixed out here other than that I would recommend it too others.
