This is a nice community of brand-new, high-quality apartments. The quality of some of the residents is less than desirable, but it could be a lot worse. The amenities are great, the manager and the assistant manager are super nice and helpful. I haven't interacted much with the rest of the leasing office yet, so I can't speak to interactions with them. The only downside of this community is the traffic on the main road, and the fact that it's a smoke-free community, but there are still a bunch… of people smoking without consequence.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Weldon by Broadstone. The community is clean, modern, and well maintained, and the staff has been friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I’ve needed anything. The amenities are excellent, and the move-in process was smooth from start to finish. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed apartment community.

The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home.
What makes the experience exceptional, however, is the team, especially Amber. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and supported.
