My experience at The Weldon by Broadstone has been outstanding.
The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home.
What makes the experience exceptional, however, is the team, especially Amber. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and supported. Amber is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the people who live here. Her positive attitude and dedication make a tremendous... difference and are a big part of why living at The Weldon has been such a great experience.
I highly recommend The Weldon by Broadstone to anyone looking for a quality community with excellent management and exceptional customer service.

The first time I heard about this apartment was from a google research and I can tell you, I toured an apartment, not the whole complex and I fell in love with it. There’s a beautiful pool which I never used before but will soon. My apartment was brand new and it had that new smell, along with new appliances. I love my floor plan so much. The only issue I have is get my Amazon package, since the building is new, the address is probably confusing for Amazon to deliver, at first I was getting my... packages and then, Amazon stopped sending confirmation pictures.. so now, I ship my packages to my mom. Also, uber and DoorDash services also have issues finding my complex even though I give them clear instructions but you know, people don’t read. Anyways, I 10 out of 10, recommend this place.

The Weldon By Broadstone is the epitome of Community. The resident events and the availability of the staff makes home life pleasant and somewhere I look forward to coming to after a long stressful workday.
