The Weldon by Broadstone is in a nice location with access to many shops and restaurants. The management team is very friendly and addresses all maintenance requests in a timely manner. The apartments are modernized, spacious and include luxury amenities. I love being a resident here!

The process started off a bit rocky however this was the best process and staff possible and made for a great experience when I came in to move it. They were welcoming and kind and fixed all the paperwork issues from the previous agent. This is an amazing place to live and with a great staff.

Home Sweet Home!

My move to The Weldon By Broadstone has exceeded all expectations. As someone who dreads moving, Tiffany has made this process seamless. She has consistently displayed exceptional knowledge of the property and community. The professionalism of making every possible resident feel the welcoming vibe sold me.
