I love The Preserve

So welcoming, so nice and so beautiful! I love the staff they are kind and patient! I also love that the application process is quick and easy and FREE! I got a gift bag when I moved in and have been loving it ever since!

RUDE staff!!

Called to request an application or more information on a townhome and the staff was BEYOND rude and unprofessional. They spoke about me in a nasty way while I could hear them in the background, as well as being very condescending as if I was bothering them from asking questions when all I did was inquire as a customer. Quite ridiculous. VERY unwelcoming. I am flabbergasted at the nasty behavior of the staff. Did not make me want to move there at all.
