Mold hidden behind walls

Beware of this place, there is mold outside and inside of the apartments. Cockroach everywhere, place is dirty. Managment is useless.

Very tranquil

Bloom at Marietta offers very affordable rents and tranquil living. It has a private off the road driveway and away from the daily noise.

Is close to major highways and universities, o to mention the 2 minutes drive to downtown Marietta. Every weekend there is something new happening for entertainment at the square. From Farmers market expo to ice skating! It is a must see!
I recommend it to anyone looking for and affordable apartment.

Unsafe

This place is not up to code or is it up to date it's not central heating and air and landlord doesn't seem to care and lighting in breezeway never works when it's supposed to I have tripped coming up and down stairs it's not safe. You don't want to come here.
