This has been one of the best tours. I love the fact that the property manager, Jouhanna Ford. I hope I spelled it correctly. She did the tour. It's very rare that a property manager comes out of the office, and gives a tour. She was very informative. She smiled the whole time. I loved the energy. I will definitely be applying. Thanks Mrs. Ford for your beautiful spirit, and all the encouragement.

I love the area and apartment is pretty well kept up but the ROACHES!! I’ve tried everything and nothing is working no matter how clean you are! My neighbors upstairs and downstairs moved out so they all came to my apartment. Once new ppl moved in they never fully left! They’re inside of the island and walls and under the cheap floors they put down. They’re outside just roaming around. Im embarrassed to even have company! Pest control say they’re going to come but doesn’t come. I called Terminex... and it still doesn’t work! Just hopeless lol When I move im not taking any furniture with me. Read More

Do not move into this community, pay that extra money if it is affordable and live stress-free. I have been for 4 months without a dishwasher, they won’t fix or replace it. It was reported that my floor has been coming off since I moved in 4 months ago. Nothing has been done yet. Not the cleanest community, renters can have trash sitting by their door for weeks and management won’t do anything about it. It doesn't matter how clean you are, you will see roaches in your space.

This property has gone downhill. It is roach infested, the garbage pile up is appalling,management isn't transparent and apathetic, (they just don't care).

There has been three management companies since my one year of residency, each one gets worst.
Choosing Element41 for a living space has been a huge disappointment.
