I have lived at MV since the community first opened, and I’ve truly enjoyed living here. One of the things I appreciate most is the maintenance team. They are always responsive, address issues as quickly as possible, and do an excellent job resolving them.

As luck would have it, my wife and I landed at Marketplace Village Apartments here in Marietta. Although I had left Marietta and the US many years ago, coming back was made so easy and nice upon coming to these apartments. The sincere friendliness of all staff members, the immediate attention to any requirement or issue presented, and the quality of life we enjoy here are tantamount to living in a well organized, idyllic community full of peace, cleanliness, and joy.

Great experience, easy move in, management and maintenance are great. I enjoy the quiet and peaceful ambiance, and I love the close proximity to the grocery stores, restaurants and other shops within walking distance. The amenities are a plus, the rewards is an awesome perk.
