I had a great experience at The BelAire thanks to Tyra. She was very professional, responsive, and made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. Horrible!

Don’t waste your time. This used to be better but the got rid of the office staff and the new ones are completely useless. They don’t answer phones, emails or maintenance request. You go up there and the manager has the door locked so you have to knock like you are visiting someone’s home and not the leasing office. You can’t use the pool, the gym and the mailboxes are half broken into. It’s not worth what you are paying for!

Need more staff

I’ve been in my apartment 1 1/2 months. The gym has not been open since I moved in. I’ve never seen a basketball court as listed. Due to short staff the office either does not open or closes early. We have to go to the post office down the street to get our mail because someone is breaking in the mailboxes. My apartment was NOT move in ready. Something is always breaking. There are only two maintenance men for over 20 buildings. They do the best they can

worst place i’ve ever lived

tons of extra fees, pool is always closed, and leasing office literally never answers any emails. ever. my rent has been wrong for months.
