Living at Falls of Sope Creek has been a mostly positive experience. The community is peaceful and well-kept, and I enjoy the natural surroundings—it gives the complex a calm and relaxing feel. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, schools, and public transportation.

Maintenance is usually responsive when I place a request, and the front office has been helpful when I’ve needed assistance. I’ve had some challenges recently, especially with late fees during a tough time, but... I appreciate that the staff has tried to work with me.

Overall, this has been a comfortable and safe place to call home. I’m grateful for the space and the sense of community here.

Very quiet place to live! Outdated looking kitchen etc but that’s ok because it still gets the job done. It’s not too fancy but it is still homey when you decorate and make it your own.
