My experience at these apartments was horrible. They charge you for so many unnecessary things; they don't tell you upfront exactly how much you'll be charged, and in the end, you wind up paying a much higher amount. They are currently billing me for charges and damages—which I am expected to pay—even though I left the apartment in pristine condition. Furthermore, they claim they have no record of my security deposit, despite the fact that I definitely paid it. I do not recommend living here.... The water goes out every month, and it takes hours for service to be restored; yet, they still charge you the standard bill as if you had used the water the entire time. Everything at these apartments is a complete mess. Honestly, I do not recommend them.

Thank you for sharing your concerns about our communication and pricing. All fees and payments are clarified in the initial leasing agreement, welcome letter, and move-in statement. Conservice sends monthly statements and also itemizes all charges... for your review. Regarding our water repairs, unfortunately, the recent interruptions are due to a water main break that is out of our control. With that said, we do everything within our power to inform residents of impending shutoffs at least 48 hours in advance.
