Not a place I’d recommend
I’ve lived here for two years and I’ve had the same complaints since I’ve lived here. You have to pay for a trash they won’t let you take that out out of your lease agreement yet they never come to get the trash. They made me wait 15 months to get a leak repaired in my bathroom, which made me pay More each month and added to my water bill due to the consistent drip. the workers in the leasing office love to keep the doors closed even when the office is open the doors will be closed and locked,... so they don’t have to deal with people same goes for the gym which is only accessible from the leasing office. The pool has only been open a few months in the two years that I’ve lived here the complex has been power washed once in the two years that I’ve lived here, even though there are lights that stay on right beside your front door and creates a magnet for moths and spiderwebs. The tenants do not abide by the quiet hours, which has resulted in me not being able to sleep and being woken up at anytime between 12 AM and 8 AM. Almost everyone here has multiple cars and a work van so you never get to park in your own spot in front of your apartment. There’s stray cats and ducks that stay on the property and people feed them by leaving food on the ground or they end up getting into the trash that never gets picked up on time. This complex is also right off of S. Cobb Dr., which is an extremely busy street and the complex does not have an additional entrance.
