Beautiful place and friendly employees

Jessica gave me a tour of the premises and units. I really liked the layout and how clean and luxurious it felt. She was very knowledgeable and courteous during the tour. She made me feel as if I was already a beloved tenant. I would definitely recommend Elevate to anyone looking to rent a nice place at a good price from great people.

The maintenance team is awesome whenever they are requested. The gates have work a total of 6 times since I’ve been a resident. I moved here in March and it’s November. The courtesy officer is never available to address the noise issues that occur daily. I’ve told the leasing office of the noise issues and nothing has been resolved since I moved in. Even the maintenance guy said that the noise was going to be a problem during my walk-through.
