Marijuana use

My apartment smells like a smoke shop daily. I have reached out to multiple managers, staff and the on site officer yet it still prevails.

Our community operates under a Smoking Addendum that is part of every lease... agreement, and we take concerns related to policy violations seriously. We are reinforcing this policy with residents and will continue addressing any reported issues in accordance with our lease guidelines.

Home Sweet Home

From the moment we inquired about the apartment, the customer service has been outstanding. The entire leasing office team was incredibly welcoming, greeting us with warm smiles and a helpful attitude. The move-in process was smooth and well-organized, which made everything so much easier during what can often be a stressful time.

We did run into a small hiccup during the application process, but the staff went above and beyond to help us get everything in order. Their patience, professionalism... , and dedication ensured we were approved and felt supported every step of the way.

Overall, we’re very happy with our experience so far and truly appreciate the care and attention the team has shown. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that values its residents!

Move in process

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures been shown and the leasing office specifically Danielle was so nice especially with this being my first apartment. I absolutely love this place.
