I love the managers and office employees, they’re so friendly and patient! Service requests are always handled so promptly as well! I’ve never had an issue with them communicating to us about anything since moving here and I love it! Genuinely feels so welcoming and like we are cared for and understood and it means the world. Love this complex.

Absolutely love it here! Pointe Grand Southlake made my move-in experience incredibly smooth. Every member of the office staff and maintenance team played a huge role in making sure everything was ready and welcoming. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference.
The property is beautifully maintained at all times, and I’ve never had any issues—but even the smallest concerns are addressed quickly and with care. They’re also incredibly inclusive and... community-focused, always hosting resident events and creating ways to help everyone feel connected. It’s more than just an apartment—it genuinely feels like home.

The office very rude once you complain from anything they change their way , trash everywhere,
Noise at 3 am . I already live there & I running to move.

I recently moved here from Florida. The office staff made the application and move in process very easy. I only made 1 trip to Georgia before move in. The rent was the most competitive in the area. I love the amenities and the movie theatre is right behind us .
