Absolutely love it here! Pointe Grand Southlake made my move-in experience incredibly smooth. Every member of the office staff and maintenance team played a huge role in making sure everything was ready and welcoming. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference.

The property is beautifully maintained at all times, and I’ve never had any issues—but even the smallest concerns are addressed quickly and with care. The manager is so welcoming and I don’t know how she manages being so polite while still handling business at the same time. She must have a twin or something 5 Stars!!!

I recently moved here from Florida. The office staff made the application and move in process very easy. I only made 1 trip to Georgia before move in. The rent was the most competitive in the area. I love the amenities and the movie theatre is right behind us .

Searching for a safe location with nice amenities for my son, Mr. Swope was a perfect representative of the property. Giving us a tour, he was knowledgeable and it was clear he is proud of the complex. He would make anyone want to move in!
