I love my apartment! The kitchen, dining room/living room are downstairs, as well as a small bathroom with toilet and sink. Two bedrooms upstairs. The larger bedroom has 2 closets and holds plenty. The second bedroom is smaller but still has plenty of room w/a closet. There is a nice size linen closet in the hallway next to the complete bathroom.
The yards are kept nice. The outside was just refinished with siding over the top side of the concrete. For the... area, I am very pleased to find something this nice.This is a very small town with one (1) grocery store and a Dollar General. More Churches than anything else. Peaceful and serene. The only thing I need is a pool and I'd be totally happy. I don't plan on being here forever. I'm here to help my Mom who is 88, blind and mostly deaf. I would like to be back in an apartment in/near Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I have Multiple Sclerosis and would love to have an apartment without stairs. There is a nice park/play area. My apartment is very nice and I've been here thirteen (13) years. I've been very content! The manager tries hard to keep it nice.
