Great Space!

Did a tour recently, and the ladies in the office were professional, and great! We toured a 3 bedroom, and I was SHOCKED by the amount of space it had. Can’t wait to move in soon!

Great stay

My time at The Villas has been great! What started as just a quick move in from Palmetto, has now turned into a 6 year stay. I recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, clean, quiet and a friendly community. The staff is always available to assist and are always looking for ways to make your day better. Maintenance is only a text away to accommodate all of your in-unit needs, even when no one is home, and the service is top notch. I recommend the Villas for sure for your next home.

My forever home

I moved here a little over a year ago and I just signed my second lease agreement. Great for retirement or to raise a family. It's quiet which is a welcome change from other places I've lived. The grounds are kept clean and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. I feel safe here. I feel a sense of inclusion here that I haven't felt at other places I've lived.

Great Community!

Very quiet, unproblematic community to live in. The office staff is very welcoming and attentive to needs and issues as residents. The maintenance staff is very prompt to resolving any issues. The neighborhood is well kept, quiet, and feels like home.

ROACH INFESTED

Absolutely disgusting apartments! This apartment complex is not worth your time or money. The maintenance will make excuses about not doing their job. They will never fix anything correctly. Management will never call you back or deal with issues properly. There are plenty of better places nearby. Go to those! You’ve been warned.
