In the event of system failures, neither the property owner nor management is liable for damages, and no refunds will be given, though efforts will be made to repair or replace the failed system. Management is not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by weather, natural disasters, pests, construction, or other unforeseen occurrences. Guest personal property is not insured by the owner against loss or damage. Management recommends guests carry insurance to protect themselves and their personal property. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner and management from all claims resulting from loss, damage, or injury. All payments are non-refundable; cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking confirmation will be refunded minus applicable fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in will forfeit all payments. Standard cleaning fees cover the initial checkout clean; mid-stay cleans, deep cleans, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately. For bookings via certain platforms, additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached. Parties are prohibited, and external CCTV and sound sensors will be activated for prolonged noise disturbances. An additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night, applies for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. Extension of stay requires confirmation with ample notice and approval, with a standard two-night minimum applicable. The propane grill is available for use; guests should utilize the cleaning brush and ensure the knob is left in the off position. Guests are prohibited from tampering with, removing, or disabling electronic monitoring devices. The internet plan includes 1.2TB per month; exceeding this limit may impact speeds. No refunds are issued for internet outages or slow speeds. Mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean for stays over 60 nights. Emotional Support Animals are treated the same as pets for booking and fee purposes. Trained service animals are exempt from pet fees.
