I got a free coffee card from UNG the other day. Came to Livano Oakwood and WOW. Their amenities are great. The entire staff was friendly and kind. I don’t need an apartment until fall but I am really excited to move!

I absolutely loved what Livano has to offer. The gym is huge, apartment was spacious, Amy was friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the process.

I stopped by the college apartment event the other day and saw Amy and Key. They were so nice and I made an appointment to take a tour. I’m so excited!

Anthony showed me around. He was great showed me all the amenities. The apartment was beautiful. Rent is fair and in a great area local to everything. Customer service here is great.

My favorite part of this Livano Community is all the different variety of events they offer each and every month. In February, they hosted a vision board night, get to know your neighbors event, build your own bouquet and my most favorite of them all a sound bath experience. It was such a unique experience to help us all unwind and relax. Some of definitely fully relaxed and took a nice nap!
