Stay clear of this trash complex/company and the empty promises they made.

Wish my place looked anything like the pictures they have of this place!
Single 1 bedroom and I have to average out my water usage with everyone else in the community. My counters are falling off, cabinets not attached, ceiling cracked, paint chipped and outlets painted over, blinds broken, "sunroom" is a shed attached to my bedroom with 0 insulation, gates never work, pay for a storage locker that never works and never use, pest control never comes by, still had screws in walls everywhere... painted over, bathroom toilet was lopsided, door had no apt number, door looks like it's been kicked in twice and repainted poorly, light switches somewhat work, had to fight for the move in special that "never happened" that was on the website, tried to change my lease terms as I signed, tried to increase my rent as I signed, tried to tell me I had to make a second deposit. I have very little good to say about this place. I have security cameras setup and packages still get stolen off my door with a camera facing it...I'm sure there's more that's all I can remember for now. Probably add more.

Thank you for the response, but The only time I've ever been able to get maintenance or any sort of help is when I complain online. So it would be great if you could respond without me having to do something to this level.

Roaches

That’s it that’s the review, just ROACHES!!!

The pest control doesn’t work you could have them come every week and nothing stops the ROACHES

Poor customer service

Be prepared to be ignored for ten plus minutes if you walk in the leasing office and this is coming from a leasing professional who works alone on Saturday and makes sure everyone is greeted and accommodated while they wait
