We have only been in our apartment for 6 days, and too busy unpacking to do any exploring. We are excited to have a place where we can have a dog and most people are respectful in picking up after their pets. There are always a few bad eggs who do not have respect for their neighbors and leave their dogs DNA samples in the grass. The staff did a wonderful job in finding garage storage in the same building as our apartment which we greatly appreciate. The rooms in our apartment are roomy and… the appliances work great. Have been here 3 months very disappointed at the filth. The hallways here are very dirty, trash all over the outside grounds. The absolute worst is the amount of dog poop that is not being picked up. Have complained 2x to management it gets cleaned up for a day or 2 then right back to trash and poop everywhere. The appliances here are also junk. Have not updated since the place has been built along with the counter tops and carpets. It seems the management here has no care that this is suppose… to be our home and most people would prefer to not have filth everywhere you look. I have lived here for almost three years and I love the place. The property always looks very nice and the amenities are great. I live in a three bedroom and my family always says they think it’s a house when they come down. Truly and apartment HOME, love this place

Be careful moving here. They will try and get you with rent increases. If they say they are going to make a deal to keep you get it in writing. They lie and wont do it after the fact. The maintenance staff is terrible and you can expect to be left hanging. Just not a place to live
