Peace & Quiet

My 3 bedroom apartment is spacious. The property overall gives a resort style feeling. The comfort and the convenience is a plus along with school district(s).

Living Here is Living Good!

I moved here from Tennessee for a new job three months ago, am single and in my 60s. Mostly younger residents but some middle aged and older as well. Very quiet here in Georgetown, the property is well manicured, maintenance is very responsive, management team of India, Sean, and Brionna are super, food trucks every Friday (Love the Little Red Taco Truck - YUM!), and for me quiet and friendly neighbors. My ground floor 2 bedroom "Madison" apartment is spacious and love the layout. I think… I'll stay here awhile.

Paper thin walls, rude neighbors, poor management. As a grad student this is a terrible place to live.

I really enjoy... (Verified Renter)

I really enjoy living at Georgetown Grove. It is clean, quiet, and affordable. The office staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend Georgetown Grove to anyone interested in living in Savannah!
