For nature lovers, the community lake is right at your doorstep. Enjoy a friendly game of cornhole by the serene lakeside, try your hand at fishing, or simply soak in the picturesque view.
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in the home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, or you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.) is provided, and it is your responsibility to refill them for yourself if you run out.
