Cosmetically speaking the apt is nice, and the amenities are worth the price they ask. With that being said be sure to keep documentation on everything you do, done, or will do at this apt. They tell stories and these stories will captivate you until you start to see reality. For the price they ask you pay, you can find another apt with all the same specs and better accountability and tact.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management and maintenance are rude and unprofessional. The apts are full of MOLD. Rent was raised $150/month. There is always garbage piled up around the dumpster and the pool is only opened during business hours.

Went through the move out process and did everything right. Signed every piece of paper, paid every dime we owed for breaking a lease. We were promised a final statement at our forwarding address, which we never received. Called them multiple times asking for this, and all we received via email was a balance due for dates AFTER we had moved out and signed a move-out form. We disputed this with them and they told us that we were correct, and that this mistake would be rectified. We still never… received a final statement, and a few weeks later we received a letter from a collection agency for the balance due on the dates we didn’t live here.

I actually lived here for a year and a half and enjoyed my stay! It was quiet and safe! The front office staff was amazing from being to end! The only reason I moved out is because I accepted a job overseas. However, due to the social climate and pandemic I will not be going overseas again I am looking to lease with Belmont Crossing again! Truly one of the best kept secrets in Riverdale! Don't hesitate to give this place a try!
