Most apartments have no working AC's! Maintenance works when they feel, AC man doesn't do his job (rarely on site) and the property manager is far too young and immature to work here! Very rude and nasty! Comes to work for 2 hours tops and he's gone! Sits on the side of the rent office and gets high with his co workers! He's a crook and gets away with it because the owners are rarely around and won't talk to the residents. The management are moving all of their friends in at discount rates!... Hopefully the news will come back on Monday so we can show them how they're charging us for water because of a leak they won't fix! We also have several recordings and video of the management. The owners need to do an overhaul!

Poor Management
Management never in office, don't respond to complaints, they don't screen tenants, allow tenants in with mental issues & personality disorders. poor Management with no experience or skills.

As reliable as the weatherman
These apartments are decent for the price. Definitely very spacey, so you'll have plenty of room to put your things. They're certainly not the worst I've lived in, and the neighbors are more or less alright.
That's about where the good things end. First and foremost in my list of complaints is the apartment manager. She is seriously about as reliable as the weather forecast. Say your sink is broken and leaking badly. Most apartment managers would consider that something of an emergency... maintenance issue and have maintenance come and fix it ASAP, usually on the same day. This apartment manager will say she'll send maintenance right over, and when they don't show up for a couple of days, she then says that she forgot to tell them in the first place. If you want to get something fixed with your apartment, expect it to take 4-6 times longer than when she says it will be completed by, if it ever gets completed at all. That being said, it seems that the apartment complex has issues with unreliable maintenance contractors anyway. Also, the manager keeps highly irregular hours, so we can never really be sure when she'll be in the office.
When my wife and I moved into our apartment (mind you it was almost a month after we were told it would be ready), it was a filthy mess that we had to clean up, the air conditioning didn't work, and the place was (and still is) infested with roaches. The only thing that has been fixed is the air conditioning and that took two days in the middle of the summer.
I could go on and on, but I assume that most people will get the idea. While there are certainly some good aspects to the apartments, they are severely overshadowed by the horrible management and maintenance issues.
