Terrible management

Just awful. Just smoke and mirrors. Maintenance is awful. Management gaslights you. Grounds aren't picked up. No one walks the property. Pet washing station has closed. Built cheap, you can here the neighbors and the windows leak air.

Don’t come here

Nothing gets fixed when broken. have been with out heat or air conditioning 4 times since moving in. The maintenance boy doesn’t do anything but sit in his car in his phone. the office workers are not helpful and have no idea what they are doing. 90% of the amenities that were promised are not even there or don’t work.

We hate to hear we have not met your expectations here at The Maxwell and can assure you that we work hard every day to make sure our residents have a nice, safe place to call home. We currently have an HVAC company onsite doing repairs on a few of... the units that have been having issues and are confident we will have this issue resolved promptly.

If there is a specific amenity that you are having issues with, please reach out to our onsite team so that we can make sure there aren't any issues.

Unprofessional

The leasing manager didn't show up to the property on the day of the appointment and lied and said that her staff was supposed to me when she advised me that she would be there at the scheduled time. I waited several hours and called with no response. 4 days later she finally called. I requested a refund of the fees due to the unprofessionalism that I received and I was ghosted. She stopped replying to the emails stating that she could not honor the refund. How do you take money from someone and... not show up? Please be aware.
