Love living in this community. It is quiet, well kept grounds and beautiful views of the city. The homes are nice, although I wish the master bedroom closet was larger. All of the neighbors are friendly. A place that makes you feel safe, even when walking your furry family members after dark.

We have had such a wonderful experience living at Everton Estates in Cartersville, GA. From the moment we signed our lease, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. They truly go above and beyond to help residents, and that level of care has been consistent throughout our entire time here.
The property is beautiful, quiet, and serene a very family-oriented community that feels safe and well cared for. During the snowstorm, the team proactively iced the property and... made sure residents were safe, which really showed how thoughtful and attentive they are. They also host resident get-togethers, which makes the community feel connected and welcoming. And as dog lovers, we especially appreciate how pet-friendly they are!
The townhomes themselves are the best we’ve ever lived in clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The landscaping is always in mint condition, the pool is consistently clean, the gym is very clean and feels safe, and the coffee bar is always stocked (a small detail that makes a big difference!).
A special shoutout to Jodi, Maria, Sarah, Meyer, and Braden thank you for your extraordinary service, kindness, and dedication. You truly make Everton Estates feel like home.
We highly recommend Everton Estates to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to live. We will definitely miss this community when we leave.
