Tennants Responsibility

There is no maintenance man for this complex, if something tears up or needs replaced it is the tenants responsibility for the financial burden for the repair of any appliance, plumbing, a/c units. Most tenants are having to buy window units due to no maintenance. Although they have recently put new roofs on and done some landscaping which has costed several thousands of dollars, but will not replace broken appliances.
