A place we can call home

We absolutely love our home and this community. It truly feels like a place we can call home.

Everyone in the leasing office is friendly, professional, and always responsive. Amy, the Property Manager, and her assistant, Zariyah, are amazing! We mostly communicate with Zariyah, and she is always so kind, patient, and helpful. Tricia is also wonderful, and the entire leasing team treats residents with kindness and respect.

The community is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and we have great… neighbors. We're very happy to be part of the 83 Reserve community and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Cortland Park 83 is a beautiful place to live. I enjoy the unit that we live in... I enjoy the scenic drive through the property. The community had a brunch for residents in the Community Center. While it was a lovely opportunity, I was saddened that there was not one staff person there. The only non-resident was the caterer. THAT, to me, was the opposite of hospitality. In as much as it benefits the community to have neighborly connections, those connections are strengthened when the staff has… some investment with residents as well.
