It's quiet and Maintenace is fast. Staff is nice and the app is easy to use. If you put a request, they will check in with you on the same or next day. The gym is nice and the coffee shop right across the street.

Worst apartments ever!! New management just started and they are just as bad as the old ones. Apartments have mold, mice and roaches!! No to mention flees in the yard. No body responds to complaints and office workers will just write your name down for someone to contact you and it never happens. Overpriced for a crappy place!!!!!

This place is DISGUSTING. My daughter, her friend and her children ages 1 and 3 at the time) moved in 12/30/20. That weekend we discovered the heat wasn’t actually working.(only the fan was blowing, which would drive up a utility bill with no heat). The kitchen cabinets interior wood was sagging. The interior walls had the worst job of “mudding.” I could have done better. The toilet in the children’s bedroom started clogging when the rain started that evening. By morning, she noticed the... children’s bedroom closet was flooded. Apparently, living on the bottom of a three level unit, there was and had been a leak that was never fixed. Maintenance never came to fix the problem. Eventually the office sent someone to “replace the carpet,” not fix the problem, claiming they needed to see it happening!!! No, you send a certified plumber that has a water flow meter or water detector to get to the root of the problem…but they didn’t. Why should they bother ? They got the kid’s money. We documented everything, with me even sending them an email. The room began to mold as did the living room ceiling and bathroom, ruining all of the children’s bedding, toys, clothing and living room furniture and items. Concurrently a new problem began: a rustling in the cabinets. My daughter video’d the rat that had taken up residency. She kept trying to get them to help and work with them but to no avail. They had started to get sick so they had to come to me. All of their things are ruined. The apartments got new management and they tried to reason with them, to no avail. To note, her neighbor’s roof fell in on her! This complex is a mess. Rent at your own risk: dirty, non-responsive. You get what you pay for.
