Ive lived here for 5 years. They recently sold the place and the new management is aggressive and unhelpful. They do not have emergency maintenance, or an office on site. They also dont have a phone number to call. Its basically impossible to talk to anyone that works for the apartment. Its way overpriced, its sketchy, apartments are falling apart, and they false advertise as luxury.

I love living in Roswell !
My boyfriend and I moved here over a year ago and love it. Can't beat the location, and I love walking my dog around the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings. Our apartment is pretty big for the price and has everything we need. Our neighbors have all been really kind .

Don't live here
I lived here for 6 years. It started out great. I loved it because it was a small community and in downtown Roswell. It later went through 2 owners and 3 management teams. The last management team was Colbert. They didn't seem to care to much about anything but rent. The previous management team rented to anyone so afterwards the next management team had to deal with a lot of riff raft. There were families having fiestas for two days with jump houses and 20 people outside with a microphone. My... apartment had a plumbing issue so our toilet would overflood for no reason randomly twice a year. The plumber that was sent came and told us that there was a huger issue and that management wanted a cheaper solution. After I moved, they moved a renter in instantly: I was hoping they would fix the issue and the moldy floor before the next tenant.
You have to hunt them down for any mantenance issues. I really felt bad for any of the maintenance guys because the buildings are too old for any repair. This place needs to be dismantled. I feel like anyone investing into this complex goes into it with high hopes but then soon gets over their head.
Run!

Trying to get in contact with property managers for 2 weeks.
We have several broken appliances plus a need to speak to someone about changing apartments, however regardless of the amount of emails we send or voicemails we leave, not a single person has reached out to us. Its been over two weeks since we first tried contacting them. This complex is terrible, from the actual property to the management.

Its as if the complex could not care less about it's tenants.
Leaking sinks, broken dryers, bed bugs, roaches, dumpsters that move around from one set of parking spots to the next, police activity in the neighborhood more than once a week....shall I go on? Though these concerns are made clear to management, nothing is done, and we all continue to live in filth.
